Hélène is an Trademark and Design Attorney and an accredited representative with the EUIPO. She has over 30 years of experience in industrial property.

She specialized early in her career in trademark law and designs & models. She also works in the fields of copyright law, domain names, and industrial property contracts as a whole.

Hélène began her professional journey in industry before working in a law firm. She then joined the Jolly firm in 1999 and led it until 2012, when the Jolly firm merged with Fedit-Loriot.

Hélène advises her clients on all aspects of managing their trademark, design, and domain name portfolios, from filing strategies to the protection and defense of their rights. She also works on resolving disputes, negotiating and drafting industrial property agreements, and conducting portfolio audits.

Her clientele includes large corporations, SMEs, and individuals.
